Delivery Policy
All products are shipped Monday through to Friday, excluding Public Holidays, within 24 hours of payment being received. You will be notified by email as soon as possible if there is any problem or issue with your order.
Products are shipped with Australia Post and international affiliates using the Auspost services within Australia and their trusted international affiliates. You will be notified via email should we be required to use an alternative delivery service or method.
You will receive a number of emails with your parcels details and progress information.
Standard delivery times will vary depending on where you are located. Deliveries within Australia can take between 2 and 14 days.
International delivery times will be between 7-28 days. You will be emailed a tracking number which you can use to track your items progress via the Australia Post tracking tool.

A cancellation and returns fee may apply.
To ensure the safe delivery of all products, they will require a signature from the receiver unless an alternative is specifically requested. A request can be emailed to chickenorbs@gmail.com .
If multiple products have been ordered these products may arrive on different days due to the Australia Post logistical algorithm. You will normally receive your subsequent products on the next business day. If you have not received your entire order within three business days, please use the Australia Post tracking service to follow you parcels progress.
